Booking Fee Amount:
A non-refundable booking fee of $25 will be applied when scheduling an appointment for our services.
We understand that sometimes life can present unexpected changes in your schedule. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain our commitment to punctuality.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee will be non-refundable.
If you fail to attend an Appointment without prior notice or cancellation, your registration fee will not be refunded.
Exceptions for Medical Emergencies and Unforeseen Circumstances:
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such cases, we are willing to work with you to find a suitable solution. If you find yourself in a situation that necessitates rescheduling, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider rescheduling your appointment to a more convenient time.
