Booking Fee for 1:1 Private Sessions:
A non-refundable booking fee of $25 is required when scheduling an appointment for our 1:1 private sessions.
Booking Fee for Private Events:
For all private and customized events, regardless of price, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit secures your booking and allows us to prepare the best experience for you.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unexpected changes can occur. However, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ noticefor any appointment cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients and uphold our commitment to punctuality.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours:
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee will remain non-refundable.
No-Show Policy:
If you fail to attend your appointment without providing notice or canceling in advance, your registration fee will not be refunded.
Exceptions for Medical Emergencies and Unforeseen Circumstances:
We understand that life can be unpredictable. In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, we are willing to work with you to find a suitable solution. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you at a more convenient time.
